bound currents

The total current consists of three components:

[math]\mathbf{J} = \mathbf{J}_f + \underbrace{\mathbf{J}_M + \mathbf{J}_P}_{\textrm{bound currents}}[/math]

where [math]\mathbf{J}_M[/math] is due to magnetization, whereas [math]\mathbf{J}_P[/math] is due to polarization.
