개요
Integrated circuit (IC) technology has achieved tremendous success and growth over the past decades and has become an essential part of our daily life. Today, billions of transistors can be integrated in a single silicon chip and such silicon chips are found everywhere – mobile phones, laptops, tablets, refrigerators, cars, airplanes, and so on.
In this course, topics including overview of IC technology, MOS devices for IC implementation, fundamentals of IC design, and basic IC functional blocks such as single-stage and differential amplifiers and current mirrors will be covered.
From this course, the students will gain a solid understanding of fundamental IC design techniques by learning about important design concepts.
