선수과목

개요

Experimental techniques for the characterization of structural and physical properties of various types of materials at broad length scales will be discussed in the class. Working principles as well as the practical guides will be provided assuming that all the students will be involved in the experimental laboratory works. Microscopy, diffraction, spectroscopy techniques for bulk, film, and nanomaterials will be introduced.
